  • I offer high-touch, 1:1 transformational coaching for women who are ready to stop living from survival and start creating a life that feels deeply aligned with who they are.

Many of the women I work with arrive after experiences with narcissistic abuse, emotionally immature parenting, chronic people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, or years of putting themselves last. Others come because they have a vision they can’t stop thinking about: a business they want to build, a relationship they want to create, a new chapter they feel called toward, or a version of themselves they know exists but haven’t fully stepped into yet.

My work centers on self-trust, identity, emotional healing, nervous system awareness, and meaningful life creation. Together, we examine the beliefs, patterns, and stories that have kept you stuck, while building the internal and external foundations necessary to create lasting change.

Some clients come to me ready to stop living from old patterns. Others come because they want to build. Most discover that these two things are deeply connected.

In addition to transformational coaching, I also offer nutritional therapy for women who want to reconnect with their bodies, support their metabolism, improve their relationship with food, and address symptoms that are often dismissed despite "normal" lab work.

Whether you're here because you want to trust yourself more deeply, create something meaningful, heal from the past, or finally feel at home in your own body, my role is to help you move toward the life that is asking to be lived through you.

  • I view my clients not as problems to be solved, but as people with complex histories who are hungry to achieve their goals. They also want to know themselves in a way that fosters greater self-trust and confidence in their decisions.

I don’t work in a vacuum. I meet you at the intersection of who you’ve been and who you are becoming. My work could be described as building relational depth with you, activating your intentions and desires, and mobilizing your will to claim what you want.

My approach is rooted in the belief that change takes place when we stop requiring it of ourselves. You cannot judge yourself into experiencing lasting change, but you can love yourself there. When we treat ourselves like a science project, something to “figure out,” we end up back in cycles of self-judgment and chronic states of shame (i.e. “What’s wrong with me? Why do I always do this?”), which just reinforces feelings of defeat or failure.

When I work with you, I am an active participant. I will not sit back and nod along, I will interrupt you when you’re veering into story telling or getting caught up in self-judgment so that you have the opportunity to zoom out and see what’s happening.

This work requires courage because it’s inherently vulnerable. I meet you in that place of vulnerability with immense support and presence so you can go into those places that scare you and become the version of you who can stay with yourself. Who can hold your fears without collapsing. Who can name your wants without dissolving them. Who can build a life without compromise.

  • For coaching, I offer the work in either 6 or 12 month packages. We meet weekly, with WhatsApp support in between where you have the opportunity to deepen your integration and build on skills you are learning with me. This work is transformational — we go deep, but we also have fun in the process!

For nutritional therapy, I offer a 12 week package. Over 12 weeks we work together 1:1 through four video sessions and WhatsApp support in between. That means I'm with you during the wobbles and the victories — not just in the sessions, but in the moments when the old patterns try to pull you back.

  • Below are the available ways to work together. Each option is a structured container designed to support depth, consistency, and meaningful change over time.

    Six-month coaching — $7,500
    Twelve-month coaching — $15,000
