Where you learn to trust your body the same way you're learning to trust yourself.

Nutritional Therapy

Does This Sound Familiar?

You thought you were doing everything right.

You've been good about food the same way you've been good about everything else.

You followed the rules, at the prescribed foods, did the fasts, the calorie restrictions, and tried to earn your food through exercise. You did everything you could to get your body to comply. You thought if you just tried hard enough, you’d finally be good enough.

No matter how hard you tried to force your body to change, it protested. You felt worse. No amount of supplements or intermittent fasts or diet programs ever seemed to deliver on their promises. And if they did, they were short lived. No matter what you did, you ended where you began: Confused, depleted, and frustrated.

The Problem Isn’t You.

Long before wellness culture got to you, you'd already learned that your body's signals weren't to be trusted. That hunger was inconvenient. That wanting more food, more rest, more anything was a kind of selfishness. You began to equate deprivation with discipline.

You learned to be small. In your relationships, your voice, and eventually, in your body.

Wellness culture didn't help. It turned nourishment into an Olympic sport: loud, contradictory, and exhausting. But the deeper truth is that no protocol was ever going to heal a relationship with your body that was broken long before the first diet began.

What you actually need isn't another set of rules. It's permission to be nourished.

My work is grounded in a bioenergetic, pro-metabolic framework, a way of approaching nourishment biologically rather than through trends or restriction. We focus on the foundations: digestion, nutrient-dense foods, sleep, stress, and blood sugar regulation.

When the body is truly nourished at a cellular level, something remarkable happens. Hormones begin to balance. Blood sugar stabilizes. Digestion improves. Sleep deepens. Vitality returns. This doesn’t happen through trying harder, it happens through aligning your body with what it actually needs so that it can perform optionally.

You are part of nature. The more you reconnect with that, the healthier, more vibrant, and more energetic you become. I believe that when a woman is truly nourished, she becomes her most radiant self. Radiance isn’t found through restriction, fake foods, or adhering to an unnatural lifestyle, it’s found through reclamation.

When we reclaim our sovereignty, not only do we experience more freedom, but we get to discover who we are at the root.

A Different Approach Entirely.

What You Might Experience After 12-Weeks:

More steady energy, easier digestion, clearer skin, improvements in sleep. You might also notice feeling better overall because you are supporting your body’s natural rhythms.

But at the core: the experience of nourishing the body leads to greater self-trust. When the body is nourished, the mind, heart, and spirit often experience a widening of who you are. We aren’t just helping you eat “better,” we’re rebuilding how you relate to your body, your hunger, and your needs. And being truly nourished, not just physically, changes how you move through the world.

How We Work Together

This is a 12-week, highly bespoke container with a clear structure. We begin with a thorough intake, reviewing your health history and examining trends in hormones, stress, sleep, digestion, mood, and overall goals. From there, we identify one primary foundation to begin with, giving you a grounded starting point rather than an overwhelming overhaul. Each follow-up session builds from what's actually happening for you, not a generic protocol.

Between sessions, WhatsApp support is where the integration happens. Questions about what we've discussed, wins you want to share, help navigating a menu or a grocery shop, or eyes on your daily habits — that's what this space is for.

The investment is $2,500 for 12 weeks.

A Note on What Comes Next

Many women find that learning to nourish their body opens a door to something deeper. That when they start honoring their hunger, they start honoring their needs. If that's true for you, private mentorship is a natural next step and I'd be honored to continue the journey with you there.

This Work Is Not For Everyone

This isn’t for you if:

If you're looking for rapid weight loss, a quick fix, treatment for a medical condition, or another diet to follow, this isn't the right fit. This is for the woman who is ready to make meaningful, lasting changes in how she approaches her nutrition and her life. Someone who wants to stop spinning in circles and build something that actually holds.

This is not medical advice or treatment for a health condition. If you have a diagnosed medical condition or are working with a healthcare provider, please continue that relationship alongside this work. Nutritional therapy is a complementary, educational approach to nourishment, not a replacement for medical care.
