Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m a therapist, author, nutritionist, and coach, and I work with survivors of complex trauma who are wanting to take the leap and start their own coaching or service-based businesses.

In my clinical work, I started to notice something. As survivors of complex trauma began to heal, their craving for a life rich with depth and meaning started to emerge. They went from surviving to finally being able to take a breath, and in that breath, a seed was planted.

As highly creative, intuitive, and intelligent people, they felt something rumbling under the surface that said, “Start that thing you’ve been chewing on for years. Now’s the time.” And in that awareness, they thought, “I could do this…but can I really? Do I know enough? Am I good enough? Smart enough? Savvy enough?”.

If you recognize yourself in this, that’s because you’re in the in-between space where a new version of yourself is asking to be born, but the old version is still clinging on.

This is not a problem, but it becomes one when you don’t have the tools, the support, or the framework to take the leap.

This is where I come in. I help my clients work through the in-between so that when doubt tries to tug them back into the old ways of survival, they are guided and supported to take action toward their bold and beautiful dreams.

The old way has told you to stay small, to work harder, to start later. You know it’s not the way for you anymore, yet you still wonder if you’re making a big mistake by venturing into this unknown.

The only mistake is not listening to your heart, not taking the chance, and not going for it. And even then, it’s not a mistake, it’s just a memory from a time when that made sense. You don’t have to wait anymore. This is the time to leap, daringly into the unknown, trusting that your inner wisdom is always guiding you forward.

And I’ll be here with you, every step of the way.
