Hi, I’m Hannah.

I guide women back to themselves and help them take ownership of their lives.

This work is a vocation more than it is a career. I've always been a deep listener and an intuitive guide, not because I decided to be, but because I cannot help but want to know people and guide them through whatever currents they're navigating, be it difficulty or the unfurling of something new and exciting. There was no single moment that pointed me here. It was always me, guiding myself into these spaces.

I work at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and nutrition. Most of what I do is rooted in helping women unlearn the ways they were taught to deny their intuition, silence their feelings, and squelch their creativity — and bravely bring those forces back online, where they can be experienced and utilized to create deeper and more meaningful lives.

Here's what I know about people that most people don't know about themselves: we come onto this planet as full human beings, eager to share our gifts and talents. But somewhere along the way, we learned to keep those parts of ourselves hidden or modified, as a way to keep others comfortable. Most people want the freedom to express themselves fully again. They've just forgotten that they can.

I am not just a therapist or a coach. I'm something in the middle. And in that middle space, I take my clients deeper into their own self-understanding than either container alone would allow.

What I believe about transformation, and what I haven't heard anyone else say quite right, is this: we are transformed by love. Whether it comes through our own self-love, the love of another person, an animal, or a spiritual encounter, love is at the heart of everything.

A transformation is an embrace. It welcomes what has been left out of awareness back into consciousness, where it can finally be integrated. We don't transform by white-knuckling our way into a new way of being. We transform by surrendering what is no longer working, grieving it fully, and allowing change to happen naturally.

It is my deepest honor to help you lovingly let go of the self you have outgrown, so that you can embrace the version of you longing to be witnessed.
