Most coaches focus on where you're going. Most therapists focus on what happened to you. I understand both. I see who you are becoming and I hold you there while you grow into it.

My work will lead you toward the woman you are becoming, love the woman you are evolving out of, and embrace the life that has wanted to live through you.

Over the course of our time together:
You start to identify and name what it is you actually want. The guilt you’ve been carrying starts to loosen and you can finally breathe. You stop saying yes to everything and start tuning into yourself, paying attention to your needs, allowing your emotional, somatic, and intuitive signals to guide you. The way you communicate starts to change. You go from being pleasing and nice, to expressing yourself with warmth and firmness. It’s no longer such a stretch for you to release the belief that you can control what other people feel, and instead focus on what you feel. You start to feel more like yourself.

I work in three, six and twelve month containers only. This is allows the work to go deeper so your vision can take shape and your true self can be remembered. When you're stepping into something new like birthing a vision you've been sitting on for years, a life that finally reflects who you actually are, you don't want to do it in a rush. More always comes up along the way. When you outgrow old identities, you might discover that you wan even more. That’s because clarity and desire often go hand in hand.
We meet four times per month. Between sessions, you have WhatsApp access for real time integration for the wobbles, the breakthroughs, the piece of copy you want eyes on, the decision that can't wait until next week. This is not a passive container. I show up fully for you every single time, bringing my presence and attunement to the space, walking the path with you.
I am not going to kick back and nod along. I am going to interrupt, validate, challenge, agitate, encourage, and push you lovingly toward the life you long to create. And I am going to do all of it with sincere, unconditional positive regard for exactly who you are.

Coaching and therapy are both incredible tools for personal growth, but they serve different purposes and take different approaches. Here’s how they differ:
Coaching focuses on helping you move forward, achieve specific goals, and step into your fullest potential. It’s about guiding you to where you want to go by exploring your mindset, habits, and aspirations. Coaching is typically future-focused, action-oriented, and works on creating tangible outcomes in your life.
Therapy, on the other hand, is designed to help individuals process, heal, and recover from past experiences, mental health challenges, and unresolved trauma. Therapy often delves into deeper emotional healing and is guided by a licensed mental health professional. Therapy is often necessary when symptoms like anxiety and depression are interfering with daily functioning.
In short, coaching assumes you are ready to make changes and provides a supportive, forward-thinking partnership, while therapy helps you heal and process before taking those steps.
Who is this work for?
This work is for emotionally aware women who are no longer in survival mode but can feel something calling them forward. Women who have spent years adapting to everyone else's needs and are ready to come back to their own. Whether that looks like chronic people-pleasing, self-silencing, difficulty knowing what you actually want, or the chronic ache of a life that doesn't quite fit, if you're standing at a threshold and ready to cross it, you're in the right place.
When Therapy May Be a Better Fit
While this coaching container is designed to support emotional growth, self-discovery, and empowerment, it is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If, during our work together, I determine that what you are experiencing would be better supported by therapy or mental health treatment, I will let you know and offer a referral to an appropriate provider. Your well-being is my highest priority, and I want you to get the right kind of support for where you are.
